As part of our long-standing commitment to global academic cooperation, SGEM WORLD SCIENCE is proud to be a host organization under the European Union’s Erasmus+ Programme. With our official operational base in Vienna, Austria, we welcome students, academic staff, and researchers for short-term mobility, internships, research collaborations, and capacity-building activities.
Our activities align with the core pillars of Erasmus+:
🧭 Education & Training
🌱 Sustainability & Innovation
🌍 Internationalisation of Scientific Practice
SGEM WORLD SCIENCE actively supports Key Action 1 (KA1) – Learning Mobility of Individuals and Key Action 2 (KA2) – Cooperation among Organizations and Institutions.
Our scientific programs and conferences in Vienna provide fertile ground for interdisciplinary training, mentorship, and the co-creation of knowledge across borders.
Our hosting activities include:
✔️Academic supervision and training during short-term mobilities
✔️Integration into international scientific events (SGEM conferences, WSMA initiatives)
✔️Access to digital and print publishing platforms (EPS Library, SS&AH Library)
✔️Capacity-building support in green sciences, geo-research, and social innovation
📍 As a host based in Vienna, we create an inclusive, inspiring, and academically structured environment for visiting students and faculty. We work closely with universities, Erasmus+ coordinators, and partner consortia to ensure meaningful engagement aligned with institutional goals.
If your institution is interested in developing a KA1 or KA2 partnership, we warmly invite you to connect with us. Together, we build bridges between science, education, and society.
