By submitting a paper for presentation and publication in SWS Scholarly Society Conferences, Proceedings, Journals, or Books, authors acknowledge and agree to all terms of this Publication and Copyright Policy.
By submitting a paper for presentation and publication in SWS Scholarly Society Conferences, Proceedings, Journals, or Books, authors acknowledge and agree to all terms of this Publication and Copyright Policy.
- All submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
- Plagiarism and data fabrication are strictly prohibited. Any detected violation will result in legal and ethical consequences, including potential retraction.
- Once submitted and accepted for publication, a manuscript cannot be withdrawn.
- Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscript adheres to the highest academic standards, including proper referencing, ethical research practices, and compliance with copyright laws.
- Store, reproduce, and distribute the article electronically or in print.
- Publish translations, reprints, or photographic reproductions.
- Include the article in SWS Proceedings, Journals, Archives, or any SWS-managed publications.
Authors retain the right to:
- Distribute non-commercial hard copies of the article with proper citation.
- Use portions of the article in future works, provided proper attribution is given to the original publication.

- The manuscript is their original work, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration elsewhere.
- All authors listed have significantly contributed to the research and approve the final version.
- The manuscript does not infringe upon any copyright or contain defamatory, unlawful, or misleading statements.
- They have obtained all necessary permissions for copyrighted material, images, or datasets used in the paper.
- Any ethical concerns regarding human or animal research have been appropriately addressed and ethical approvals obtained where necessary.
- They comply with the SWS Citation Policy and do not engage in citation manipulation.
- In the event of corrections, errata, or retractions, they will cooperate with the publisher.
Citation Policy
To maintain academic integrity, authors must:
- Properly cite all sources using APA style formatting.
- Avoid excessive self-citation or citing colleagues’ work solely to boost citation metrics.
- Ensure all referenced works have been read and understood before citing.
- Direct quotations from other publications must be enclosed in quotation marks with appropriate citations, including self-citations.
- Refrain from citing promotional material, advertisements, or unreliable sources.
- Editors strictly monitor for citation manipulation and may take action if inappropriate referencing is detected.
English Language & Style Requirements
To ensure clarity and quality in peer review and publication, all manuscripts must be in grammatically correct English.
