All SGEM logos, branding elements, web design assets, and system functionalities are the property of SGEM WORLD SCIENCE.

By submitting an abstract or full paper to any SWS event, you affirm that:

• Your submission is your own original work
• It has not been published elsewhere or is not under simultaneous review
• You agree to the peer review and editorial decision process
• You will respect deadlines and formatting rules provided on the official websites

Accepted contributions will be published in conference proceedings and/or affiliated journals based on scientific merit and editorial evaluation. SWS reserves the right to reject or retract any submission found to violate ethical standards.

Participation in SWS events requires the payment of registration fees. These are governed by event-specific guidelines regarding eligibility, refund policies, and payment deadlines.

Your use of SWS platforms is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal data is collected, processed, and protected under GDPR and other applicable regulations.

By using our services, you consent to the processing of your personal data for academic, publishing, and event management purposes, as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

SWS is dedicated to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and intellectually honest environment. All users are expected to:
