SGEM WORLD SCIENCE (SWS) is built on the conviction that scientific inquiry, innovation, and cultural expression flourish in environments where diversity is celebrated and inclusion is actively practiced. As a multidisciplinary scholarly society with a global reach, we are deeply committed to promoting equity, access, and respect in every aspect of our work — from the topics we support to the people we invite to share them.
A Global Community
Each year, our conferences welcome participants from more than 80 countries across six continents — a diverse mosaic of disciplines, institutions, languages, and lived experiences. We embrace and encourage diversity in:
