SGEM WORLD SCIENCE (SWS) SCHOLARLY SOCIETY

SGEM World Science (SWS) Scholarly Society is a scholarly community that has the ideal purpose of creating a unique international multidisciplinary platform for scientific and artistic exchange. Find out who we are, our story, and more…

Our Vision

We are living in the ages of extreme specialization and differentiation of knowledge. Although, this scientific progress created methods and instruments beyond any expectations, researchers from different fields need, more than ever, to share their wisdom on a common language. Therefore, our platform put an accent on the pivotal role played by multidisciplinary studies as Earth & Planetary Sciences and Social Sciences & Art. We are providing a room for international discourse, where scientists and artists could cooperate in order to face the environmental problems and complexity of today’s global society. For together we stand stronger!

Our Mission

By emphasizing the multidisciplinary approaches, we can take a step forward in solving the environmental and social problems on a local, regional and global scale. That is why SWS Scholarly Society aims at presenting opportunities for future cooperation between scientists and researchers from various fields of science and art. By providing a platform for interdisciplinary knowledge and sharing of experience in the fields, we try to incorporate and strengthen the capacity of scientists and researchers for facing the challenges of our time. We stand behind the goals of THE 2030 AGENDA in the name of one UNCOMPROMISED, ECOLOGICAL and SUSTAINABLE FUTURE.
